this blog will be directionally more public and less personal. there will be the here and now of occasional rants, but this will mainly take the shape of a snowballed combination of media criticisms, uncopyrighted photography, and volleyball meanderings. i'll do my best to update regularly; but please know my attempts at actually being a student this year may interrupt the whole 'regular' process. if there's a momentary pause between books and volleyballs, i'll update you with all the words this pre-journalistic mind has.
